For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and have INTEREST FREE payment plan options available via CareCredit and Dental Fee Plan. We deliver quality care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. You may apply for a monthly payment through CareCredit at our office, but that must be done prior to the actual procedure.

Insurance Information

We accept all insurance plans. Dr. Hargan is a provider for most plans, but may not be a provider for your insurance plan which means you would pay for your services and Dr. Hargan’s office will file your claim to the insurance company for you and you will receive any and all payments from your insurance company for services provided.
